Toast and Tasting

On this spirit tasting experience, sample three exclusive spirits aged at the Halifax Citadel National Historic Site.

Each of the exclusive spirits are created from scratch by award-winning Compass Distillers with Nova Scotian ingredients.

The spirits are appropriately named:

• Noon Gun Gin
• Granite & Grain Whisky
• Daily Ration Rum

Receive a perfectly paired light snack and a souvenir placemat that includes an explanation of each spirit and its tasting notes.
