Sawers Creek Lock 25 Concrete Repairs
Trent-Severn Waterway National Historic Site
Parks Canada is investing an unprecedented $3 billion dollars over 5 years to support infrastructure work to heritage, visitor, waterway and highway assets located within national historic sites, national parks, and national marine conservation areas across Canada.
Concrete repairs to Sawers Creek Lock 25 are part of this historic investment. Repairs included concrete repairs within the lock chamber and lower approach wall replacement. This project is preserving this important waterway asset for generations to come.
