For the 2023-2024 season, the Friends of Jasper National Park will continue their successful volunteer flat-packing program on the trails surrounding the Town of Jasper.

9.4 km loop | 2. Moderate | Take Hazel Ave out of town and cross Hwy 16. Take trail 14 and then after crossing the river, follow trail 7 along the river. Loop back on Trail 4b and follow the road through Jasper Park Lodge. Return back to town on trail 14. |
Lake Annette Area Trail 18 and 4 |
4.4 km loop | 1. Easy | Beginning from Parking Lot 13 at Lake Annette, follow trail 18 to Jasper Park Lodge and return on trail 4 for a short easy ride. 13 |

Biking on frozen lakes
In addition to the extensive trail network, it is also possible to explore the frozen lakes by bike. Pyramid and Maligne Lakes are local favourites. Caution! Make sure the ice is safe before heading out. Safety is your responsibility.
