Thaıdene Nëné National Park Reserve
Area closure – Ts’akui Theda (Parry Falls)

Pursuant to section 7(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, the Superintendent has designated the following activities in Thaidene Nëné National Park Reserve as prohibited:
Entry within 500 m of the area around Ts’akui Theda (Parry Falls) except for members of the Łutsël K'é Dene First Nation and their invited guests. This closure does not apply to Indigenous peoples engaged in activities protected by section 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982.
Violators may be charged under the Canada National Parks Act. Maximum penalty $25,000.
