Due to significant changes in the landscape from the 2023 Wildfire season, all recreational trails will remain closed for the 2024 season.

This is to ensure visitor safety while we work to complete the required fire rehabilitation to make these areas safe to visit.

As you walk, follow the tracks of the many animals that meander through on a daily basis & learn why this ecosystem attracts critters from birds to bison. Take off your shoes and engage all your senses, from the mud and cool crystals beneath your feet to the intense taste of salt on your tongue.
