Public Service Health Care Plan

Hello,

I wish to inform you of important changes to the Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP) which will come into effect for all members on July 1, 2023.

The PSHCP is currently administered by Sun Life Financial. Effective July 1^st, 2023, the Canada Life Assurance Company will be responsible of processing PSHCP applications.

This date aligns with the effective date of the improvements and changes to the Plan. It should be noted that the increase to the maximum reimbursement amounts will also come into effect on July 1, 2023. This means that the increased reimbursement will only apply to items purchased or services incurred on or after this date.
