PSES 2022-2023 – Results by field or business unit
Hello,
In the message to you on May 31, the President & CEO mentioned that we would soon have access to the aggregated results by field or business unit of the 2022-2023 Public Service Employee Survey (PSES). These results are now available for everyone to consult.
I encourage you to review the results from your field or business units and to discuss them with your colleagues and supervisor – a great opportunity to share your ideas to improve our workplace.
Please stay tuned as, by the end of summer, we will launch an internal survey to gather the views of all members of the Parks Canada team, including seasonal and temporary employees.
Thank you again for taking the time to participate in the PSES 2022-2023. For more details about the 2022-2023 PSES and its results, please visit ParksNet
