As we near the deadline for the 2024 Public Service Employee Survey (PSES), I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who has already participated. It’s encouraging to see that 31.1% of you have shared your feedback so far.

For those who have not yet participated, there is still time! Wait no longer – the survey closes on December 31. I encourage you to take 20 minutes this week to complete the survey and make your voice heard.

This survey is a crucial tool that helps us support you better in areas such as leadership, employee engagement, equity, and inclusion. Your insights will guide us in making informed decisions to enhance our workplace. Let’s shape a better future for all Parks Canada team members!
